Direct Marketing and opting out
If you wish to opt into our direct mail service, you can do so by becoming a VIP at the bottom of our website. You will be able to opt out of this at any time, should you wish to do so by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of an email.
Sharing personal information
Your mobile number and name can be shared to our delivery tracking system Arivvi, with your consent. This is to ensure you can see where your delivery is and to provide you with an accurate and up to date ETA. We will not share your information (sell, lease or distribute) without your consent.
Protection of personal information
We take protecting your information seriously and it is our highest priority to keep your information secure. Any information collected can be stored electronically or in hard copy form. We have implemented physical, electronic and managerial procedures to ensure that your information is secure.
