BAYER PHARMACEUTICALS ANNUAL CONFERENCE
CLIENT: DESTINATION EVENTS & MILIEU DESIGN
In January, Event Artillery worked with Melbourne base event producers, Destination Events and Milieu Design, on the annual Bayer Pharmaceuticals Conference held at The Westin Perth.
The week-long event commenced with a Capri themed welcome party in Hibernian Place and concluded with 300 guests celebrating at a gala dinner at Government House, Perth. Throughout the week, guests had access to a breakout area - 'The Hub'. In addition to executing furniture and custom items for these three spaces, Event Artillery also worked with Destination to supply furniture for the plenary and smaller breakout rooms.
Event Artillery worked with the client from October to help bring their vision to life. We provided the client with options from both our inventory and where required we sub-hired, custom made, or purchased items to achieve the client's desired result for the event. Due to being based in Melbourne, the client leaned on Event Artillery for supplier recommendations as well as logistical requirements in both the Westin and the heritage-listed Government House. Florals were created by the incredible Fox & Rabbit.
